I believe birth is one of the most powerful experience’s in a woman’s life, and you deserve to feel supported, empowered, and truly cared for. Having been trained and worked in nursing, alongside my experience as a doula and mother of two, I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience into every space I enter. I’ve also chosen to have a doula at both of my own births, which deepened my belief in how valuable that support truly is. My role is to be a calm, steady presence— someone who helps you feel safe to trust your body, ask questions, and make confident decisions.
